Shipping

  • How long does shipping take?
    All U.S. orders will be delivered within approximately one week. For international orders, shipping times will vary by country.

  • How long does it take to fulfill my order?
    All orders have a 3-5 day production fulfillment period before they are shipped. Depending on your location, it may take additional time to receive your order. The average overall delivery time is one week.

  • I haven't received an email confirmation. What should I do?
    If you haven't received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Can I return an item?
    Yes! To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • How do I start a return?
    Contact us at support@flowar.la with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will send return instructions.

  • Do you offer exchanges?
    No, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you can place a new order after receiving a refund for the original purchase.

  • How long do I have to request a return?
    You must contact us within two weeks of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.

Shipping Provider & Responsibility

  • What happens if my order is lost or delayed?
    We are not responsible for shipping issues caused by the carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping provider directly.

  • What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
    We cannot make changes once an order has been placed. If the address provided is incorrect, we are unable to intervene.

  • What happens if my package is returned due to an incorrect address?
    If a package is returned to our facility due to an invalid address, the customer must contact us via email. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund excluding the shipping fee ($6-$8), which is non-refundable.
